Passionate about nonprofit capacity building, philanthropy, and women's leadership initiatives, I provide advising services, personalized strategies, group programming and sector insight to job seekers looking to enter the nonprofit arena after a career pause or transition.

By creating a strategic plan for myself, I successfully relaunched myself into the nonprofit sector after a decade at home with my four daughters, eventually rising to the role of executive director as well as founding a grantmaking fund by raising a $1M endowment and building out a board. I have created Cause After A Pause to create programming and support for those who want to find their place in the nonprofit sector workforce and join a mission-driven organization.
